Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Edvac Technologies' services (Website Design, SEO, Software, Graphics Design).
Explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
Identify client requirements and suggest suitable digital solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and follow-up details.
Schedule meetings or demos with the sales team for qualified leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English ,Hindi and Bengali
.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital services like website design, SEO, or software is a plus.
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
