Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Sales Manager

to lead and expand our market presence in

industrial pumps, drum motors, and hydrocyclone equipment

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

industrial sales

,

B2B marketing

, and

customer relationship management

within the

manufacturing and process industry sector

.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities in

pumps, drum motors, hydrocyclones, and related process equipment

. Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong business relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial customers. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with customers. Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure proper product selection and customer satisfaction. Prepare and review sales quotations, tenders, and proposals. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities. Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Submit timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

pumps, drum motors, hydrocyclones, and industrial process equipment

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Technical understanding of fluid handling systems, industrial equipment, or mechanical components. Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel as required.

Educational Qualification:



Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.AND ANY MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
