Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Sales Engineer based in Bangalore to handle sales, marketing, and payment collection for our industrial products/services. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth payment recovery from clients in Karnataka and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients (industries, contractors, builders, etc.)
Promote company products/services through field visits, calls, and online leads
Conduct site visits and give product demos or technical explanations
Submit quotations, follow up on orders, and convert leads into sales
Maintain and grow existing client base
Marketing Support
Execute local marketing activities such as product display, participation in trade shows, or digital promotions
Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis
Payment Collection & Account Coordination
Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payment collection
Maintain payment records, invoice follow-ups, and report outstanding balances
Coordinate with accounts team for receipts and documentation
Reporting & Travel
Submit daily/weekly reports to the head office.
Regular travel within Bangalore and nearby industrial areas
Candidate Profile:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Marketing
1-5 years of experience in field sales (preferably B2B / Industrial)
Resident of Bangalore (local candidates only)
Should own a two-wheeler with valid license
Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Office, email, and WhatsApp business communication
Salary: ₹15,000 - ?60,000/month (based on experience)
