Identify and generate new business opportunities for tensile structure projects in Bangalore and other south region.
Handle B2B and institutional clients including architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website leads, and promotional campaigns.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to generate new leads.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with clients throughout the project lifecycle -- enquiry to handover.
Provide regular follow-ups, updates, and after-sales support.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project timelines with internal teams.
Track enquiries, quotations, conversions, and sales performance through CRM or reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management.
Technical Understanding (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of tensile structures, steel fabrication, membrane materials, and installation methods.
Ability to explain technical solutions to clients and handle on-site queries.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure timely submission of invoices and support in payment follow-up.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company in all client interactions.
