Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan and execute sales & marketing strategy (domestic & export) to grow market share and profitability for Company's full mineral product line.
Define and set sales targets and budgets; monitor performance across product lines and regions.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team (Executives, Territory/Area Sales staff etc.). Recruit and train when necessary.
Identify new market segments (industry verticals, geographies), customer types, applications for our minerals; and plan for product positioning accordingly.
Oversee major client relationships; negotiate large deals and contracts. Represent company in major trade shows / exhibitions / conferences.
Collaborate with operations, quality control, production, R&D / technical teams to ensure that product quality, supply, and delivery meet customer requirements.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, identify threats and opportunities, propose product innovations or process improvements.
Ensure marketing collateral, communication strategy, branding, digital presence support sales growth. Work with marketing / branding agencies if needed.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, pricing analysis, margin improvement plans; analyze sales data, pricing, margins, product mix.
Ensure compliance with export / import norms, regulatory requirements for different markets; work with logistics, customs etc.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce; Master's / MBA preferred. Technical or industrial minerals background is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales / marketing management, ideally in minerals / chemicals / heavy industry / raw materials. Experience in export business highly desirable.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team. Target-orientation, ability to work under pressure.
Strategic Thinking
Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans; strong analytical, budgeting and forecasting skills.
Negotiation & Communication
Excellent negotiation skills; excellent communication (English + regional languages). Ability to communicate with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge
Deep understanding of mineral product specifications, industrial applications, quality standards. Knowledge of international market dynamics, regulatory and logistic issues.
