Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Marketing Intern at WebVoom, you will:
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and potential opportunities for growth.
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective plans, identifying target markets and customer segments.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Proposal Development & Negotiation:
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Performance Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and other key metrics to senior management.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and online advertising.
Social Media Management:
Help in managing and growing the company's social media accounts.
Educational Qualifications:
Required:
Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
Negotiation Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Presentation Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating reports and presentations.
