Role Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Sales & Marketing Intern

to join our growing team. This role is

target-based

, where you'll learn how to generate leads, pitch marketing services, and close deals -- all while gaining hands-on experience in the digital marketing world.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. Pitch Creativephy's digital marketing services to prospective clients. Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets. Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns for client acquisition. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Track and report sales activities and progress.

Requirements:

Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in pitching and convincing potential clients. Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, SEO, etc.) is a plus. Ability to meet monthly targets and work in a fast-paced environment. Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
