About Us:

Panache Design Studio is a Mumbai-based luxury interior design firm redefining spaces for global brands like Manish Malhotra, Aldo, Aditya Birla Capital, Samsonite, Rado, and more. We create spaces that blend luxury, art, and storytelling.

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the marketing and business development teams to support brand visibility, client engagement, and lead generation. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how marketing strategies are built and executed in the luxury design and architecture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital + offline). Conduct market research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Support in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals. Manage and update lead databases and track outreach progress. Coordinate with vendors, collaborators, and publication houses for PR and partnerships. Help plan and organize events, exhibitions, or brand collaborations. Contribute ideas for social media content, campaigns, and engagement strategies. Assist the business development team in identifying and nurturing new opportunities.

Who You Are:

A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Design Management. Passionate about interior design, architecture, and luxury branding. Proactive, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or social media management tools is a plus.
