Sales & Marketing Executive

(2)with prior experience in the

PVC Pipes and allied industry

. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of proven sales and marketing experience, strong dealer/distributor network handling skills, and an understanding of the Siliguri market.

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for PVC pipes and allied products. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in Siliguri and nearby areas. Conduct regular market visits for competitor analysis, pricing, and trend monitoring. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product demonstrations. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups. Prepare sales reports. Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and service.

Candidate Requirements

Male Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).

3-4 years of experience in sales & marketing of PVC Pipes & Fittings.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Knowledge of Siliguri and nearby markets is a must.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
