Job description

Handle inbound and outbound sales queries via phone, email, and digital platforms. Promote and explain company services (branding, digital marketing, website development) to potential clients. Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships. Manage and optimize the company's

Google My Business (GMB)

profile - posts, reviews, updates. Assist in planning and executing basic marketing activities. Coordinate with internal teams for project onboarding and service execution. Maintain client interaction records and prepare weekly reports.

Required Skills:

1. ) Sales & Client Handling:

Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills Excellent follow-up and persuasion abilities Target-oriented mindset and professional communication

2. ) Digital & Technical:

Working knowledge of

Google My Business (GMB)

- managing posts, reviews, business updates Basic understanding of social media marketing and branding Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM knowledge is a plus

3.) Soft Skills:

Self-motivated and disciplined Organized and attentive to detail Ability to manage time and multitask effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

Minimum 1 year of experience

in Sales, Telesales, or GMB management (mandatory) Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Business-related preferred) Basic knowledge of marketing tools/platforms is acceptable Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Must be comfortable with an office-based role (no fieldwork)
