Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive (Electrical Instrumentation and Automation) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Sales/Marketing Executive is responsible for selling electrical, instrumentation, and automation products and services to industrial clients. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the executive works on marketing strategies to promote the company\'s offerings and expand its market share in difference business verticals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: 1. Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in industries such as Railways, Renewable
Energy, water treatment, power, manufacturing, automobile, rubber, steel , cement, chemicals, pharma, F & B, Port, Textile and others.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to promote the
company\'s EIA products and services. 2. Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Explain the benefits and features of EIA products and services, tailoring pitches to
meet client needs. 3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales
process and after-sales.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
4. Sales Targets and Goals:
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
5. Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Ensure that contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company
policies. Marketing Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company\'s EIA
products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, advertisements, and
promotional materials. 2. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and
customer needs.
  • Use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
3. Brand Promotion:
  • Work to increase brand visibility and reputation in the EIA market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
4. Digital Marketing and Outreach:
  • Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and
websites to reach potential customers.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation
Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the EIA industry, with
a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, instrumentation, and
automation systems and products.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and marketing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for
interacting with clients and team members.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and relationship management
abilities.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is
beneficial.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or EIA are advantageous.
Work Environment:
  • Travel to meet clients, attend events, and visit client sites in South India
  • May involve occasional remote work, especially when communicating with clients
across different regions. Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel and transport marketing materials and equipment as needed.
  • Minimal physical demands, primarily related to office work and travel.
