Bansal Solar Energy & Construction Company is hiring Sales and Marketing Executives with prior experience in the solar energy sector. If you have the passion to promote clean energy and are experienced in solar sales or field marketing, we invite you to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads for rooftop solar systems and government subsidy projects

Visit residential, commercial, and industrial clients to promote solar solutions

Explain benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, and company offerings

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into successful sales

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar sales or marketing

Strong communication and convincing skills

Good understanding of solar systems, government subsidy schemes, and market trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Language:

English (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
