Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM software).
Track and report sales performance metrics weekly/monthly.
Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices in collaboration with relevant teams.
Marketing Support:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials (brochures, email newsletters, etc.).
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
Help manage the company's website and social media accounts.
Administrative Tasks:
Coordinate internal communications between sales and marketing teams.
Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely restocking.
Handle logistics for team meetings, client visits, and conferences.
Provide general administrative support to sales and marketing managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar sales/marketing support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
