Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts through lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up communication. Strong fluency in English and a proactive approach to client engagement are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and events Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates Support the execution of marketing campaigns and activities coordinate with reporting manager for work and leads update . Draft and send marketing emails, proposals, and introductory messages Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years of experience in sales/tele-calling/marketing coordination preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English

Confidence in speaking to business clients and senior stakeholders Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
