Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a superior client experience.

5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate ROI of campaigns and initiatives to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of 8-12 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and MS Office.
