We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote company products/services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand awareness and generate leads.
Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
Experience: 1 TO 3 YEARS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
