1. 8-10 years of experience in retail and wholesale sales (store sales and outside sales)
2. Strong knowledge of Sarees, Ghagharas, and traditional Indian ethnic attire.
3. Expertise in handloom, woven, and handmade fabrics.
4. Knowledge of Indian traditional embroidery work (zari, zardozi, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
7. Develop and execute sales strategies for retail and wholesale channels.
8. Age should be 35-45 years.
