Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and energetic Sales & Delivery Executive for our fresh food distribution operations in Coimbatore. This role involves early morning pickup of fresh food stock, delivery to retail shops, driving, route handling, and maintaining shop-level sales. (Mostly to Ecom delivery) The ideal candidate should be familiar with local areas, have basic sales experience, and be comfortable working independently in the field with remote supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Start daily operations by 6:00 AM from designated pickup location

Collect fresh stock from warehouse/production point

Deliver products to E Com dc's

Build and maintain relationships with shop owners to drive repeat orders

Manage stock accountability, shop-wise delivery quantities, and ensure timely distribution

Handle on-the-spot sales, upselling, and fulfill order requirements from stores

Collect returns and report stock status

Maintain route and delivery schedule efficiency

Coordinate with back-end teams for product availability, route changes, and sales support

Submit daily delivery and sales reports digitally or through mobile apps

Requirements:

Must know 4 wheeler driving/light commercial vehicle (LMV license preferred) - not mandatory

Basic sales or delivery experience (FMCG or fresh food industry preferred)

Ability to lift and handle stock crates (within physical capacity)

Basic mobile app usage or WhatsApp-based reporting

Strong time management - punctual and dependable

Willing to work early morning hours and in a field-based role

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in food delivery/logistics/sales operations

Local resident of Coimbatore

Ability to speak and understand Tamil & Malayalam
