Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide detailed product information and answer any questions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to effectively communicate with customers. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized sales floor. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
