Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their laptop needs (budget, usage, preferences).
Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and comparisons.
Upsell or cross-sell accessories, warranties, and upgrades.
Maintain a strong understanding of current laptop models, brands, and market trends.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Handle billing, EMI, exchange offers, and basic troubleshooting queries.
Maintain daily sales reports and meet monthly targets.
Keep the store well-organized and laptops properly displayed.
Assist in online sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, or e-commerce platforms (if applicable).
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of laptop specs (RAM, SSD, processor, etc.)
Good negotiation and closing skills
Customer-first approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer literacy
Hindi & English speaking (regional language is a plus)
