Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Explain product details, pricing, offers, and customization options
Handle billing through POS (cash / card / UPI)
Maintain attractive product display and showroom hygiene
Coordinate with the stock team for product availability
Ensure excellent customer service and repeat walk-ins
Requirements:
Basic communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred)
Experience in saree, garment, gift, or retail sales is an added advantage
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
Willing to work on weekends, festivals, and peak seasons
