We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly

Salesman/ Saleswomen

to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions. Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is neat and organized. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or fast-moving items to the supervisor. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business. Support team members during peak hours and store events. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and offers.

Requirements:

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate. 1-3 years of experience in

retail or showroom sales

. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends. Good presentation and a positive attitude. Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred.
