Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in finding suitable footwear according to their needs and preferences. Demonstrate product features, sizes, and designs to customers. Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the store. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Handle billing and cash transactions accurately. Keep track of stock levels and report low inventory to the manager. Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated with ongoing offers, discounts, and new product arrivals.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Neat and professional appearance. Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
