Present fabric samples and explain features, quality, and pricing
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
