Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven FMCG Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely distribution of products within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to promote and sell products. Ensure product availability and visibility in stores. Collect orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor stock levels and manage point-of-sale materials. Execute in-store promotions and merchandising as per company guidelines. Provide daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Supervisor. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase sales volume. Monitor competitors' activities and report market trends. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

High school or diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license (if travel is required). Familiarity with the local market and routes. Basic computer literacy and ability to use sales applications (if applicable). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Working Conditions:

Fieldwork with frequent travel to outlets and retail shops, with a Wan & driver. Flexible working hours based on sales targets and market demand. Occasional weekend or holiday work for promotions and campaign activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
