Job Description
As an Sales promoter Trainee at Bata Shoe Store, you will be part of a dynamic training program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within our retail operations. You will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store while learning all aspects of retail management including sales, customer service, inventory control, team leadership, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
