We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Salesman
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Manage sales transactions accurately (cash/card/UPI).
Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels.
Handle inventory and assist with stock checking.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Support in packaging and delivery coordination when required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Customer-friendly attitude with a focus on service.
Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
