Show gold ornaments like rings, chains, bangles, earrings, etc.
Explain product details, purity, weight, pricing, making charges.
Provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
Sales & Product Knowledge
Suggest designs based on customer needs.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong knowledge of gold purity, hallmarking, weight, karat, trends.
Stock & Display Management
Arrange and maintain showroom display counters.
Ensure all jewellery items are clean, safe, and properly tagged.
Assist in stock counting and inventory management.
Billing & Documentation
Coordinate with billing team for invoices.
Handle basic computer entries (optional).
Ensure proper packing of sold items.
Showroom Maintenance
Keep counters neat and hygienic.
Maintain discipline, grooming, and showroom decorum.
Security & Safety
Follow showroom security protocols for handling gold jewellery.
Ensure proper handling, checking, and returning of items to safe room.
Required Skills:
Good communication & customer service.
Basic knowledge of gold and jewellery (training can be provided).
Polite, confident, and presentable personality.
Ability to convince customers and close sales.
