Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Salesman
with at least 2 years of experience in industrial or product-based sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of customer relationship management, product pitching, and closing sales in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell HVAC systems and products to new and existing clients
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Coordinate with the technical and service team for smooth project execution
Maintain sales reports and update CRM with accurate data
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC or technical products
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a technical field is preferred
