Role Purpose:
Driving revenue by actively promoting and selling products to customers, while building strong relationships through understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions--ultimately supporting repeat business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibility:
Generating sales by effectively converting leads into paying customers and consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
Identifying customer needs and aligning suitable products to meet those needs, ensuring value delivery and customer satisfaction.
Developing strong customer relationships built on trust and rapport to foster loyalty, enhance customer retention, and drive long-term business growth.
Providing valuable market feedback and customer insights--including objections, preferences, and emerging trends--to support the enhancement of marketing strategies and product design.
Ensuring a positive customer buying experience by delivering excellent service and addressing needs effectively to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that samples of all designs are properly displayed to provide customers with a clear and comprehensive view of available products.
Monitoring design performance to prevent inventory from turning into dead stock and providing timely reports for proactive decision-making and inventory optimization.
Conducting daily checks of upstairs inventory to ensure stock accuracy, availability, and readiness for customer demand.
Regularly updating mannequin displays in alignment with current market trends and seasonal collections to enhance visual appeal and attract customer interest.
