Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers at the counter.
Understand customer needs and suggest products accordingly.
Take and process orders accurately.
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the counter and store.
Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions.
Pack sweets, hampers, and gift orders neatly and attractively.
Keep track of inventory and report stock requirements.
Maintain hygiene and follow company service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail/FMCG/hospitality (preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
Polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
Basic math skills for billing.
Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
