Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to drive business development and manage dealer/distributor relationships in
Ludhiana and Amritsar
. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lighting, electrical, or related industries and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in their region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network in Ludhiana & Amritsar.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
Identify new business opportunities with retailers, electrical contractors, and project clients.
Promote the company's product portfolio and maintain strong product knowledge.
Manage order follow-ups, payments, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Surat head office for reporting, planning, and training.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
Visit the Surat office once a month for review meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
Minimum
2-4 years of sales experience
in LED lights, electrical products, or building materials.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in the assigned region.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and monthly to Surat.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
