Seeking a dynamic Sales professional to lead business development efforts for our Global Capability Centre (GCC). The role involves identifying opportunities to provide value-added services, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the expansion of shared services, digital solutions, and transformation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling outsourcing, managed services, or global capability centre solutions to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales for the GCC business, focusing on Fortune 500 / global enterprise clients.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities for outsourcing, captive build-operate-transfer, shared services, and digital transformation.
Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business unit leaders, and sourcing/procurement teams.
Collaborate with internal delivery, operations, and solutioning teams to design customized offerings.
Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Meet and exceed revenue, margin, and pipeline generation targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends in global sourcing, shared services, and capability centres.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
8-12 years of sales / business development experience in outsourcing, GCCs, or IT/ITES services.
Proven track record of closing large, complex global deals.
Strong understanding of the GCC/GBS (Global Business Services) operating model.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Strong network across global enterprises, consulting firms, and industry associations.
Ability to work across geographies and time zones.
