Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business processes and pain points.
Conduct workshops and map service workflows for solution design.
Solution Design & Configuration: Architect scalable Service Cloud solutions: case management, Omni-Channel, knowledge bases, email-to-case, Live Agent, Einstein Bots, CPQ integration.
Build declarative automations: flows, process builder, validation rules, macros, quick text, entitlement/process tracking.
Development & Integration Hands-on development with Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), Visualforce. Integrate with CTI, chat platforms, external systems via REST/SOAP/MuleSoft middleware.
