We are looking for an experienced and certified Salesforce Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs for Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects. The trainer should hold
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I (PD1), Platform Developer II (PD2), and at least two Salesforce Architect-level certifications
. The role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on implementation knowledge, and the ability to translate complex Salesforce concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver
comprehensive Salesforce training programs
(virtual, classroom, and blended formats) for administrators, developers, and solution architects.
Design and maintain
training materials, lab exercises, and assessments
tailored to various roles and skill levels.
Train learners on
Salesforce Administration, Development, Apex, Lightning, Integration, and Architectural best practices
.
Provide in-depth sessions on
Salesforce data modeling, security, automation, APIs, and integration patterns
.
Guide learners through
real-world use cases, hands-on labs, and projects
to strengthen practical application skills.
Mentor and evaluate participants, providing feedback and support for Salesforce certification readiness.
Stay up to date with
latest Salesforce releases, features, and architectural frameworks
to enhance training programs.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, L&D, delivery managers) to ensure training aligns with organizational/project needs.
Conduct
knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, workshops, and bootcamps
for employees and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Salesforce Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2)
Minimum
2 Salesforce Architect certifications
(e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect).
Strong expertise in:
Salesforce Administration & Security
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Data modeling, APIs, and Integration (REST/SOAP, middleware)
Salesforce best practices, performance tuning, and governance
Architectural frameworks
(multi-cloud, integration, scalability, and data strategy)
At least
5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
(admin + development + architecture).
2+ years of corporate training, mentoring, or instructor-led teaching experience
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
.
Ability to
adapt training
for technical (developers, architects) and non-technical (admins, business users) audiences.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with
multi-cloud Salesforce products
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Exposure to
DevOps for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
.
Knowledge of
Agile methodology and project-based learning delivery
.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record in
Salesforce solution design, implementation, and mentoring teams
