Key Responsibilities

Deliver

Salesforce Admin & Developer training

to students (online/offline). Create and update

training curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments

. Train students on

Salesforce fundamentals, CRM concepts, workflows, process builder, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Integration basics

. Provide hands-on sessions using

real-time scenarios and practical exercises

. Assist students in

resume preparation, interview questions, and project guidance

. Monitor student performance and provide

regular feedback and mentoring

. Stay updated with the latest

Salesforce releases and updates

to ensure training content is current. Support marketing teams by providing

demo sessions

when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in

Salesforce CRM

, including Admin & Developer modules. Certification like

Salesforce Admin (ADM-201)

or

Platform Developer

is an added advantage. Excellent

communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

. Ability to explain technical concepts in an

easy and practical manner

. Experience in training or teaching is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of

Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Flows, Security Model

etc.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
