Role Overview

As a

Trainee Consultant - Salesforce

, you will work closely with senior consultants to configure, customize, and deliver Salesforce solutions. If you've completed Salesforce training certification --this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do

Configure & customize Salesforce under expert guidance Work on

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud

Support requirement gathering & client documentation Assist with

data migration, automation, reports & dashboards

Participate in testing, UAT & deployments Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering (or related field)

Salesforce training Certificate mandatory

Understanding of

Objects, Fields, Security Model, Flows, Workflow Rules, Reports & Dashboards

Basic Apex/Lightning skills are a plus Strong communication & analytical abilities

Nice to Have

Salesforce Admin or App Builder Certification Hands-on CRM exposure Experience in Salesforce training sessions
