We are looking for a motivated

Salesforce Trainee

to join our team in Bhopal. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in Salesforce development and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and work on Salesforce CRM fundamentals, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports Support the team in customization, testing, and deployment activities Work on data management tasks such as data import/export Collaborate with senior developers and admins on real-time projects Document processes and solutions as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of CRM concepts Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals (Admin / Developer basics preferred) Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning is a plus Good analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills
