Job Title: SFDC Testing

Shift: 4pm to 1 am IST (Two Days WFO i.e. Wed and Thursday Time - 4 pm to 7pm)

Work Type: 6 months Contract to Full time

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity where you'll work with us for 6 months. After that, youll transition to a full-time role directly with the client, offering long-term stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage the QA process for Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with NetSuite.


Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.


Coordinate end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce customizations, APIs, and Identify,

document, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders for

resolution.


Ensure compliance with established QA standards, best practices, and business

requirements.


Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand

requirements and testing needs.

Required Qualifications:


3- 6 years of hands-on experience in QA.


Strong Salesforce testing experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom

applications.


Relevant experience in SQL .


Expertise with test management tools (Zephyr).


Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar).


Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
