Job Description

Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, configuration,

and administration, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.

Leadership & Team Management: Proven leadership experience in managing

and mentoring QA teams in an agile environment. Strong communication skills, with

the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with

business users, Product Owners, and leadership to align technical deliverables with

business objectives. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and plan stories with the

Product Owner (PO).

Data Quality, Migration, and Integration: Strong knowledge and practical

experience in data quality, data migration, and integrations. Expertise in API, data

quality, and migration processes, ensuring seamless system integrations.

Preferred Skills:

Insurance Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Insurance domain,

particularly Core Broking and P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance, understanding

its impact on QA and product development.

Note:

Candidate should have strong experience in Data migration and data

Integration testing.
