JD for QA Lead:

• .At least 8 years of total experience with minimum 3 Salesforce project worked as a tester.
• .Should be at least Salesforce Administrator certified.
• .Should have experience in creating test plans, test Cases, Functional, Integration, Regression testing. executing and publishing the test reports.
• .Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts, Architects and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
• .Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• .Hands on experience of using Test tools like JIRA etc
• .Should able to perform configuration changes in Salesforce like user creation, granting permissions to user for testing, etc.
• .Should be well versed with Manual testing and Automation testing is good to have.
• .Knowledge on Retails Domain is good to have
• .Salesforce certifications preferred (Service Cloud / Experience Cloud, ISTQB
