Lead QA efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects
Define test scope, create detailed test cases, and ensure full coverage across workflows, configurations, and data models
Manage and mentor QA testers, assign tasks, and review deliverables
Oversee defect lifecycle using tools like
JIRA
and
ALM
, ensuring timely resolution
Execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off
Represent QA in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Establish and refine QA processes, metrics, and best practices
Prepare and present test status reports, defect metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
Proven expertise in manual test planning, case design, and execution
Proficiency in QA tools:
JIRA
,
ALM
, and test management platforms
Deep understanding of QA methodologies: smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Solid grasp of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Salesforce certifications
(Administrator, Platform App Builder preferred)
Experience in Salesforce transformation, migration, or integration projects
Familiarity with automation concepts/tools (though this is a primarily manual role)

Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
