About the Role

We are seeking a

Salesforce Technical Specialist

with solid experience in developing and administering Salesforce solutions tailored for the

real estate/property industry

. The role requires deep technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations, along with an understanding of property management and real estate workflows.

This is a

, suited for candidates with strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions for

property/real estate sales, leasing, and client management workflows

. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules. Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Implement integrations with

property management software, ERP systems, and third-party tools

. Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for property sales/leasing teams. Ensure platform security, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain system documentation. Collaborate with business analysts and property stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce technical experience

(Admin + Developer roles). Strong expertise in

Salesforce configuration and customization

(Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, APIs). Hands-on experience with

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

, and custom Salesforce applications. Understanding of

real estate/property domain processes

(property listings, deal pipelines, contract management). Experience with

REST/SOAP APIs

and middleware for system integrations. Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

Salesforce CPQ

or integrations with property/ERP systems. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD for Salesforce. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to real estate analytics, pricing, and client lifecycle management systems.
