Job Description

We are looking for a

Salesforce Technical Lead

with deep expertise in

Apex

,

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

,

REST/SOAP APIs

, and Salesforce customization. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers and driving the technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. This role requires hands-on development, architecture design, code reviews, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and development

of scalable Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Architect and implement

custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs

. Design and develop

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

and

Aura Components

for dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Manage integrations with external systems using

REST/SOAP APIs

, middleware tools, and platform events. Oversee

data modeling

, sharing & security architecture, and performance tuning. Perform

code reviews, enforce best practices

, and guide junior developers in clean coding principles. Implement and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using Git, Copado, or other DevOps tools. Participate in solution design workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and sprint planning. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and leverage new features when applicable.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with

Proficiency in

Salesforce Declarative Tools

(Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) Solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

and

design patterns

Experience with

Salesforce DX

Git

, and version control Familiarity with

SOQL

, and governor limits Strong integration experience using

REST/SOAP APIs
