Proven track record in Apex, LWC, and complex system design.

Integration Mastery:

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/Dell Boomi), and Salesforce Connect.

Security Pro:

Expertise in OAuth, JWT, and Encryption for data in transit.

Leadership:

Experience mentoring developers and conducting high-standard code reviews.

7-9 Years

1. Role Overview

The Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical vision and implementation of Salesforce integrations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce communicates seamlessly with external business systems while maintaining high performance and security standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture:

Design and build robust integration patterns (Request-Reply, Fire-and-Forget, Batch Data Sync).

Technical Oversight:

Lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Apex (Asynchronous, Batch, Triggers) and LWC.

Security & Compliance:

Implement secure authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, OpenID) and manage Named Credentials and Remote Site Settings.

Problem Solving:

Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical bugs and integration failures.

Release Management:

Oversee CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins) and sandbox management.

3. Required Technical Skills

Salesforce Core:

7+ years of deep technical experience in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

Integration Tools:

Extensive experience with

Salesforce Connect

,

Change Data Capture (CDC)

, and

Platform Events

.

External Systems:

Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle, or custom-built REST/SOAP services.

Web Tech:

High proficiency in JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.

Certifications (Preferred):

Platform Developer II or Integration Architecture Designer.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
