As a Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce Development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience in leading and facilitating Agile development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
