Overview:




We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience to drive end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery across Sales, Service, and other clouds. The role involves leading a team, managing Agile projects using Jira, implementing CI/CD pipelines (Gearset/Copado), and designing scalable, high-performance solutions. Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, integrations, and Salesforce best practices is required. Leadership, communication, and hands-on technical skills are key. Salesforce certifications (Admin, PD1/PD2, Consultant) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in configuration, customization, integration, and data modeling across Sales, Service, and other Salesforce Clouds Manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts, providing guidance, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment Drive end-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment, utilizing Jira for sprint management and reporting Oversee and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, ensuring robust release management and automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring platform stability, security, and optimal performance Maintain up-to-date Salesforce certifications and stay current with platform updates and industry trends

Key Skills:



Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations Deep understanding of Salesforce administration, declarative tools, and programmatic customizations Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Gearset,Copado), and Agile methodologies Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading Salesforce teams Experience using Jira for project tracking and sprint management Ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions focused on performance and ROI
