The Salesforce support engineer is responsible for troubleshooting the issues reported by end users in the ITSM tool.
Should be good in providing a detailed analysis of the issue.
Support user management user onboarding and work on minor enhancements and bug fixes
Responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform to align with the company's business needs
Familiarity with managing user access, data integrity, security settings, and providing training to ensure end users effectively utilize the Salesforce platform
Work with senior client stakeholders to ensure delivery success, including handling escalations
Manage/oversee the deployment process
Execute professional demos within each sprint as required

BA/BS degree or equivalent
4+ years of Salesforce platform experience
Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Experience in all phases of systems development life cycle within Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations
Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
Data management skills, including data cleansing and validation
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with users at all levels
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good to have the CPQ knowledge.
Salesforce Admin / Platform Developer 1 certification are mandatory
