This individual will play a key role in scaling our Salesforce capabilities by supporting day-to-day administration, optimizing platform performance, and enabling efficient processes through automation and configuration.
The role includes managing user access, creating reports and dashboards, improving data hygiene, and supporting marketing technology projects across Salesforce and integrated systems. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and product owners, the Salesforce Specialist will help translate business needs into scalable solutions.
