Job Summary (List Format): Salesforce Solution Architect
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including CRM, analytics platforms, and custom applications.
- Apply domain-driven design principles and reusable components across multi-cloud environments.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks for Salesforce implementations.
- Develop scalable data models and integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems.
- Lead initiatives for data migration, transformation, quality assurance, and implement data governance frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative development tools.
- Conduct design/code reviews and mentor junior architects and developers.
- Lead all phases of the Salesforce lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Go Live, and Support.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Copado and Salesforce CLI.
- Hold Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect certification (required); Application/Data Architect certifications preferred.
- Bring 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with proven success in multi-cloud implementations and enterprise integrations.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce data modeling, API design, security, and experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and mentoring experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar after joining.
